Using special bolsters, cushions, pillows and positioning, I can make a pregnancy massage quite comfortable and relaxing.

Not just for pregnancy and postpartum, massages are available for all members of the family for all their needs.

Craniosacral Therapy in Pregnancy

Trained through Carol Phillips of Dynamic Body Balancing, I provide craniosacral therapy for the entire family, but it is especially helpful in pregnancy. Craniosacral therapy can realign the sacrum, pubic symphysis and round ligaments, which, in turn, realigns the baby in the pelvis, preventing a misaligned fetus. Optimal fetal positioning can result in less incidence of back labor, lessened use of pain medications, forceps, suction, c-sections, and other interventions.

Your initial session for a Craniosacral workup requires 60 minutes, and does not include any massage. Followup session for both craniosacral therapy and massage would require 90 minutes to fit both in. A followup session for  craniosacral only, is 30 minutes long.

Infant Craniosacral Therapy

Pregnancy and childbirth can be hard on the infant's bones, fascia and muscles. Misalignment can result in torticollis, colic, nursing issues, reflux, excessive gas and swallowing issues due to TMJ misalignment, nerve compression, or cranial bone malalignment. Through a series of gentle craniosacral releases, I can help alleviate or eliminate your baby's symptoms.
